Echem Ogbonnaya

My name is Echem Ogbonnaya, a Nigerian artist.
I specialize in Drawing and painting of all types/ varied styles or technics.
I graduated from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (B.A Fine and Applied Arts) as one of the best.
I have always loved art as a child since I discovered it's in me, and have been practicing…

it since then.
I have participated in both school, local, national and international art shows/exhibitions.
I have handled Art commissions from individuals, schools and institutions.
As a practicing artist I have also had the opportunity of being consulted by upcoming artists and those who want to organize some Art outfits. I have also had the priviledge of tutoring some interested and upcoming artists.
I like collecting good artworks - good paintings, sculptures photography, mosaics, collage, panels, found objects and so many others, for self and sale. Till date, am still practicing, producing and selling arts.
I live Art.

Artist statement: As I have always been doing, I want to continue exploring humanity in my art.
I love and enjoy almost all the technics or styles in Art, but mostly Pointillism, Lining, Realism and visible brush strokes (impasto) expressions.
