Interstellar (Matthew McConaughey)

Artwork story

This artwork is created with a blue BIC ballpoint pen on a small canvas measuring 7 x 9 inches. The piece represents 60 hours of meticulous work, showcasing the intricate details achievable with a simple medium. The choice of a ballpoint pen reflects my interest in exploring everyday materials to produce thoughtful art.

This work is inspired by the film of the same title. Utilizing ballpoint pen as my medium, I chose to experiment with the color blue. The theme of outer space, characterized by its darkness, led me to intentionally embrace this darkness in my artistic approach.
