There is a kind of freedom that only childhood truly understands the freedom to smile without hesitation, to dream without limits, and to express yourself without fear of judgment. Innocence is a continuation of my Childhood Series, exploring the beauty of growing up through moments of confidence, playfulness, and self-expression. In a world that often teaches us to hide who we are, children remind us what it means to simply exist as our authentic selves.
This painting celebrates that fearless spirit the joy of being seen, the confidence of being yourself, and the quiet strength found in innocence.
Perhaps as we grow older, we don't lose our innocence all at once; we slowly forget the freedom it gave us.
