Frequently Asked Questions

What is ArtNativ?
ArtNativ is a platform that digitizes visibility, trust, and commerce for non-digital artists whose work has long been overlooked. Through smart discovery tools, secure commission workflows, and future-focused innovations like AI-powered personalization and verified provenance, we help artists reach collectors around the world—fairly, safely, and with dignity.
Joining is 100% free. You can create a profile, list your artwork, and accept commissions without paying any listing or subscription fees.

We welcome artists working in traditional, hand-made mediums such as:
• Painting (oil, acrylic, watercolor)
• Wood carving and sculpture
• Pottery and ceramics
• Textile and fabric design
• Beadwork, collage, and mixed media
As long as your work is original and created by you, you can apply.

Once onboarding opens, you’ll be asked to:
• Upload photos of your artwork (at least 4–6)
• Share your artist story and process
• Choose your art categories and styles
• Provide basic contact and location details

Buyers can request custom art based on your style or category. You’ll receive the brief, accept the request, create the work, and get paid securely once it’s approved.
ArtNativ uses a secure escrow system. This means your payment is held safely during the project and only released to you after the buyer approves the final piece.
That’s okay. As long as you have access to a smartphone and can communicate reliably, we’ll help you showcase your work and coordinate logistics for delivery.
Basic English helps, but we’re working on multilingual support tools to help you communicate with buyers in simple and effective ways.
